No stars. This place I wouldn't recommend to anyone extremely unprofessional eat while taking your blood and compromised the samples. Very unwelcoming nurses and doctors used foul language while on the job. Doctor recorded asking about why I had come there. They laughed mocked like it was a joke. Never came to check on me after coming back from the bathroom my heart monitor, oxygen, or EKG was hooked back up. You have an infant that the parents were told that the child was gonna be lifelotted to the children's hospital. To make him this, lifelight has been canceled multiple times now you're saying an ambulance has to come get the child, but first y'all need a car seat. So the father is waiting because y'all told him that it was the child was gonna be lifelided. If it was not, if the child was not going to be life lighted, he would have never left. fast , nurturing, and effective care from the URMC staff everytime.
The nurses in the ER are nice and pleasant but the overall experience was long, drawn out, and i was discharged without any new information. The discharge papers only listed 1 of the issues i was having, not the main one that caused me to go there in the first place. I gave them my current medications, while barely able to breathe, 3-4 times and they still did not have them listed on the discharge papers but had medications that i have not taken in several years.
Sometimes I feel like I need to be admitted in but they say I am fine. I don't understand. How can that be. I think I should have been admitted in. Didn't give me a urine test. And still had chest pains.I just found out one of my co-workers been out there and didn't have to pay nothing. She said she didn't see a doctor. That ain't fair.
