Inspection was very thorough and the price was very fair. The quote said that our ventilation was not adequate so I asked for that to be upgrade at their recommendation. I got a new roof on Friday August 29th and I do not believe the updated ventilation was done. The team left a lot of nails, sharp metal shards, razors, and other various garbage in my driveway and yard. The picture is a very small amount of what I found.
