Great experience. The co-owner/estimator, Mike, was actually on-site for the roof installation. They explained & documented any issues that they found. Mike was always available via text. They came to the site every day except Sunday until the job was complete. Definitely recommended.
Easy to work with, beginning to end.
Inspection was very thorough and the price was very fair. The quote said that our ventilation was not adequate so I asked for that to be upgrade at their recommendation. I got a new roof on Friday August 29th and I do not believe the updated ventilation was done. The team left a lot of nails, sharp metal shards, razors, and other various garbage in my driveway and yard. The picture is a very small amount of what I found. I have known Austin (owner) for decades....He has done several repairs and numerous roofs on personal and rental property, thru the years. His attention to detail is superb.
