Not the best tenant experience at one of their properties in Santa Monica, not very friendly and even closed to hostile demeaner towards tenants. Cristina is always e-mailing about insignificant matters with "the tenant is never right" and "just do it and do not explain" attitude. Their rentals' maintenance is minimal with low quality materials and reoccurring problems. Maintenance of the landscaping and common areas is minimal, with courtyard and walkways are dusty and filthy (e.g. never cleaned after the resent fires). The... read more
Rented all throughout Los Angeles and Christina is by far one of the best property managers I've ever met. She is such a joy to talk to. She's so helpful and kind. I just signed a lease with them but judging by Christina's business etiquette I really think they're going to be a wonderful company to rent with.
What an amazing experience. Upside Property and Management was great and I would highly recommend them. A perfect property, we only regret having to move.
AMAZING COMPANY!! I have been a tenant with Upside Property & Management for five years now and I absolutely love it here. The staff are extremely helpful, great with up-keeping the property, as well as answering matters very timely. Christina is always on call to make sure that all of my needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a nice quiet space with very attentive management.
