Formerly Bodywise Myotherapy and Pilates Upside Health & Movement operates in the Essendon area. The clinic opened it's doors on Buckley Street in December 2016 but has been operating out of different rooms and clinics around the area since 2014. Myotherapy is the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal aches and pains. Myotherapy is much more than massage. Our highly trained staff will not only address the site of pain but also look beyond that to find the underlying cause.

A professional clinic with elite level practitioners. I have been coming into the clinic for many years and Daniel is always able to sort my body based on my specific football needs.
Dan and his team of therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and identify the treatment for your specific needs. I feel great after each time I go and I continue to go there when necessary.
