Very clean, good setup and welcoming staff. Very client focused and the sessions never feel rushed. In my short time attending, Tim has been a wealth of knowledge and a very wholistic approach. I learnt things about my issue that various others have overlooked. Would highly recommend

Could not rate these guys high enough. I went from an out of commission calf injury to being able run a half marathon without pain within a less than 2 weeks. Really appreciate the knowledge and support through it all.
I went to Daniel last Friday for a pre-marathon massage. I had some issues, especially with my lower left foot. The massage made a huge difference. Two days later I ran my half marathon on Sunday and achieved my goal of sub 2 hours. Daniel worked like a magician, relieved all my pain and definitely played a big part in my success. I’ll definitely be going back soon!
I've had a wrist injury for 6 months and so far I have seen 2 GPs, a surgeon, an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist & another myotherapist. Tim at Upside Health has so far been the most helpful health professional I have seen in a lengthy rehab process. We went over a rehab program, and did some electro needling & massage. It was the most productive hour I've spent towards healing this year. This review is just a small thank you. I am grateful for the scientifically minded & compassionate care and advice.
