Super disappointed with this place! I’ve been coming here for years!! Megan was amazing she always treated us like family! Now that she is gone the experience is not the same! I went in today with my mom I waited for a pedicure but right before It was my turn someone else walked in and they told me to come in a different day! That’s so not professional at all!! Never coming here again!!
Bless the lady that did my nails but they were so bad. Barely did the cuticles. My shape was not square instead it was slanted. Kept saying “later” when I asked to fix anything. My nails were out of shape, messed up my toe nails and thick polish. Very disappointed. She was a sweet lady but please don’t have workers work if they can’t do nails. I asked for something to be fixed and she said no cause they are closing.. my app was at 630 and they closed at 8… so disappointing.
I had always had great experiences when getting a pedicure done. Service is beyond exceptional!!!!!
I went here with my significant other to get a full set with almond French tip and a pedicure for an upcoming event this week. My nails were more stiletto and the French was way too thick. When I asked the nail tech to fix them he seemed agitated. It’s been one week and I have 6 nails that the polish peeled right off of and I paid for no chip.
