I have been coming here to upscale nails for over ten years.I love coming here.They do a great job.And the ladies are very, very nice, especially nicole. I absolutely would recommend upscale nails to any lady's that want to get their nails done.And look beautiful

They need to do a better job of staying true to their price sheet. Also, if you add things to the customer's nails, you need to let the customer know that it will be an extra charge $$! Stay true to your customers if you want them back. I did my nails last month and a full set acrylic ( the cheapest ) was less than 40$ today they charged me $55 and OMG, he did a terrible job on my nails. Pics to follow.
I've been to this salon before and was not satisfied with my pedicure service, I had said I wasn't going back. However I needed a pedicure today and didn't want to drive far, so I returned. This time I was serviced by Austin who did a great job. I will continue to use this salon but I'll be sure to make an appointment with Austin
