They need to do a better job of staying true to their price sheet. Also, if you add things to the customer's nails, you need to let the customer know that it will be an extra charge $$! Stay true to your customers if you want them back. I did my nails last month and a full set acrylic ( the cheapest ) was less than 40$ today they charged me $55 and OMG, he did a terrible job on my nails. Pics to follow.

I've been to this salon before and was not satisfied with my pedicure service, I had said I wasn't going back. However I needed a pedicure today and didn't want to drive far, so I returned. This time I was serviced by Austin who did a great job. I will continue to use this salon but I'll be sure to make an appointment with Austin

The pedicure was terrible. Took about 3 minutes total with the scraper combined. Forgot that they had totally missed one foot. The manicure was horrible because the girl didn’t even take the old polish off so I can see the outline after finished. I asked and she said she would buff it but that didn’t work. She cut my nails way down which I didn’t want.
