I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I had an appointment with Kelley Mayce at Upscale Cuts & Stylez and unfortunately missed it due to a personal emergency. I completely understand that barbers have policies, but what disappointed me was being told I had to pay again — without ever receiving the service in the first place.
