My husband had an appointment with Shanod on 11/18/25. He is wheelchair-bound with stage-4 cancer, and although we arrived only 10 minutes late, we were met with an attitude that was completely unprofessional. What’s my first time at the barbershop had great conversations with the Barber did a great job. I’m hoping that he allows me to continue to come in and get my haircut as needed. I will reach out and schedule my appointment with him and I will show up this is the type of service that I enjoy receiving. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I had an appointment with Kelley Mayce at Upscale Cuts & Stylez and unfortunately missed it due to a personal emergency. I completely understand that barbers have policies, but what disappointed me was being told I had to pay again — without ever receiving the service in the first place.
