I came here at 12:15 pm on a Tue 7/12 and there was no one at this business. Lights were off. There were no notice online, website or door 🥴. First time trying this plc, not going so well so far lol.
I had an amazing experience at Upscale Nail Lounge! They book by appointment which allows for a no wait, chill environment that fosters a personal connection with each client. I felt at home. Mrs. Latoya Scott is very knowledgeable and passionate about her business and she’s personable! My nail tech was Rene and she is just wonderful 👏🏾🙌🏾 Rene answered all of the questions I had and didn’t bat an eye when I mentioned my eczema on my hands & feet.
They not even open. It’s 6pm and their closed on a Thursday … update your hours or stay open.
