Been there two times with two different barbers. Barbers take their time and do a good job with the fades but spend 5 minutes to cut the top. Each time I have gotten home from Upscale, the top of my head has been completely lop-sided, and I've had to fix it myself. So much time and effort goes into the fade, but very little goes into utilizing scissor here.
