Everyone at upscale aquatics is very knowledgeable. Everything we have been in the store they always are around to help make selections and to answer questions. We will definitely be back.
Great place and friendly staff. Huge coral selection and tons of fish. Also, unlike others, they have a nice selection of freshwater fish and plants.
The best fresh and salt water store in Charlotte!!! Their customer service and live stock rivals all others in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
The staff is very knowledgeable, and pointed us in the right direction on stocking our fresh water tank... When inquiring about a salt water setup, they took the time to educate and answer ALL of our questions... Great place!!!!
Emailed with Matt about some species I was looking for and he quickly responded. Even on Saturday morning when the staff and some confusion about what I was looking for. At the store the were plenty of staff and they were very eager to help

Best fish store around!! Never go anywhere else they have it all! I have bought alot of fish from there and never had an issue. From fish to rocks to plants to all aquarium supplies they have it all at really good deals. If they don't have it they are more than happy to get it for you. Also they are very knowledgeable to anything aquarium related. You guys are awesome!!!
I love the variety they have and the great employees!
