The best experience I’ve ever had with an aquarium store. Staff was super nice, knowledgeable & extremely helpful!! I can’t wait to go back!
I found it very ironic that after searching around Charlotte and the internet for a stand and canopy I found one of excellent quality at Upscale Aquatics which is only 10 minutes from my home in Huntersville. The stand and canopy were ordered by Upscale Aquatics and are made of wood with a cherry finish. They look great in my dining room. But it doesn't stop there. I have been an Upscale Aquatics customer for several years now. I travel 80 miles one way to visit the facility. There is something for everyone at Upscale, you may be a novice or an advanced aquarist; what you are looking for, upscale most likely has. The selection at the store is great and so are the prices. I have 7 tanks, from a 220 to a 10 gallon, and I'd say the majority of my fish are from here. Great selection and fair pricing -both selling AND buying-, and the owner and staff are amazingly helpful and friendly people. I'd give more than a 5 if I could. The only downside to this business is they're not closer to me. I've noticed some people complain about fish not surviving- if you've been into fish keeping for awhile then you should understand it happens.
