Lost my Christmas gift I ordered from Costco for a nursing home staff that my mom is in. Costco ship it all the way from California to Michigan to Columbus Ohio, only for the UPS in Middleburg Heights Ohio which is 20 mins from me to lose the packages at their facility 😡
the worst service of any delivery business!!..absolute buffoons! incompetent delivery drivers! ..they passed my house 5 times and never delivered my package!!
