100% of the time I order something to go to Juneau it goes through Anchorage. And 100% of the time the items are delayed one or more days because of 'a required security delay'. A UPS guy said it's really just the go to excuse they use when they bump freight. If you call customer support 100% you're talking with someone in India or the Filipines who barely speak English.
