Called them, they transferred me to a live agent. Ups delivered a package to my house. Had wrong name and address. I was gone but saw it on my camera. Couldn't make out the tracking number and ups refused to connect me with someone who would come and pick up the package without the tracking number. I asked several times why that mattered. I'm calling letting you know u delivered a package to the wrong house, gave you my address and all I want is someone to come pick it up. Not sure what that has to do with the tracking.
