Two stars is for the whole ups delivery because i had two packages coming (both had same delivery address and same transit progress) however only one of them was delivered while the second parcel was just ignored by the truck guy who said the hotel didn’t take it (obviously a lie) but I give 5 stars to Andre on the UPS truck center who went above and beyond to make this delivery happen (it was a wheelchair and we only had two hours before the flight) so thank you so so much Andre for fixing this experience and make it possib... read more
