They missed delivering the package for 2 days in the row. What bothers me is the blatant lies they post on tracking where one day they posted because of the bad weather,where actually it was 42 degrees and sunny then the following day it was unforseen conditions that prevented them from delivering the package. When you call to comolain they connect you with people ib Philippines tgat dont hace any idea what can be done to remedy the situation. I am waiting for 2 days air sent on January 15th today is January 26th..... bad service no package. I called many times... they are not putting the package on the truck even dough they said that delivery is at that day. I am stock at home waiting ....horrible experience
