During the of hours 6-9 am and 5-8pm there is driver activity at various times during these hours. The pickup time is for Safety purposes. Dock pickup refers to if you bring a truck or trailer, this can be loaded with a forklift. If an auto is brought for pickup, the freight is brought to the vehicle for consignee loading at their discretion. We love our customers and try to assist whenever possible, but we are not staffed to provide more than the Tariff Contract that is available at our website.

Can only pickup at warehouse 9am to 5pm, which is unreasonable for any small business owner we get up early and stay up late to keep our small businesses going, we are not multi billion dollar company. The reason I couldn't pickup was truck moving trailer's wasn't a truck on the park lot moving!!! And didn't look like they was moving any time soon. They don't even load my stuff they just set it by my trailer I load it my self.
