Confirmed a delivery the morning of, then called and said they lost their delivery truck keys and would not refund us for shipping. Told us they didn’t know when they would deliver the item, which was 600 pounds. A week later, they randomly showed up at my house at 7:30 PM without any warning whatsoever and left my item at the end of the driveway just before a thunderstorm. A $5,000 tool. This is absolutely a fraud/scam of a company. Going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and dispute my shipping fee.
I am beyond frustrated with this company. I had a confirmed delivery window today between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM for a massive 5-pallet shipment. To prepare for this, I had to take a full day off work and personally pay for a crew to be on-site to help me unload everything. I started calling the terminal at noon just to check in, and I called more than 10 times with absolutely no answer. They completely ghosted me. I watched the ring camera and the guy never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. Just walked off with my package. Now I have to track it down... cool.
