The lady in the reception has the worst attitude and customer service
Ordered a product from Wal-Mart. No way of knowing what a headache dealing with this delivery company would be. Long story short....We had to, on delivery day, arrange to meet the driver (semi) down the road because they can't turn around on my road. wth!!! We have NEVER experienced this in our long lives!!! THE man, Terry, was rude and said, So, you don't want your freight? We did Not want to haul it ourselves. Rating is definitely a -5! Watch who you order through using this company.
This is T-Force freight. They claim they only have one power jack and attempted delivery three times only for the driver to laugh that they couldn’t budge the pallet. It’s not the driver’s fault but the manager kept telling me they would send the right equipment to unload. What’s the point of a freight company that can’t unload? Totally ill-equipped to handle residential.
