Absolutely the absolute worst logistics company in the world with the absolute worst customer service imaginable. What a totally incompetent organization. Can't deliver a package. Can't answer a question. Different status updates between email, website, text messages and the absolutely disassociated customer service reps when you phone. I've never heard such total disinterest and inability to answer a question or escalate a delivery issue ever from anywhere. Literally will avoid at any cost at this point. Negative 5 stars.
Said it was open when it wasn't, wasted time and money driving out to it.
Every time I have been there, the staff is so helpful and happy to see you. When I was there and other customers come in the service is friendly these people are my regular ups store with all my posting needs. Thank you for caring so much. I would recommend them to anyone❤️
