Customer service is lacking poor communication asked to speak to a manager just to be placed on hold and send you to voicemail knowing they will never return your call. Lied to me about my deposit withheld my funds from my account for two weeks. Thanks for ruining my vacation plans
I did not receive 2 statements out of the three accounts I have with UPSFCU. I called customer service - no answer. I took my concern online - system unavailable.
The atm doesn't work right. The ATM card, get stuck in the machine. The receipt gets stuck in the ATM machine. I got to use my keys to get the receipt out. They need to fix the machine.
I've been at UPS 30 YRS AND I'M NOT CONFIDENT IN THE UPS CREDIT UNION . I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT BUT I DONT. NOT AFYER READING THESE REVIEWS OMG . IMA STAY AWAY FOR NOW .
