I expiereinced two of the most profesional representative/teller. There names are Jackie and Latasha. They made me feel comfortable being a long time member, after their listening to the situation, then explained what took place, and what needed to be done, I was out, with problem taken care of. Nothing bad to say, but thank you for your time and understanding. Proud to be a member, will continue to be a member. Much love and respect. Both deserve 10 stars.
Customer service is lacking poor communication asked to speak to a manager just to be placed on hold and send you to voicemail knowing they will never return your call. Lied to me about my deposit withheld my funds from my account for two weeks. Thanks for ruining my vacation plans
I did not receive 2 statements out of the three accounts I have with UPSFCU. I called customer service - no answer. I took my concern online - system unavailable.
