if i could give no stars i would. they repeatedly lied to me about the whereabouts of my package and one week later i’m still waiting. continuously put my package onto the wrong truck (as per the tracking details stated) and when i’ve repeatedly enquired where it is, i just get told to wait. this is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. give me my package!
Worst delivery company. There is always an issue with them.
Claimed that no one was home. We were. Promised the delivery would be next day 0900. Not so. Come to find out their driver “couldn’t find the address”. Couldn’t see the city provided reflective sign at the end of the driveway. Brutal customer service. Brutal accountability.
