My package arrived at the hub on the 31st they notified me on the 1st that it was there and that it would be shipped out I would receive it before my due date well on the 4th ,( last due date day to me) they told me it was still there but was delayed mind you it's chocolate they left it in the truck in 85-90° weather for 4 days so far and now it's the 6th an tomorrow is a holiday 6 days and counting in a hot truck so I guess I paid for chocolate soup you know what sad is I never had this problem with FedEx
For a company 5 miles from my house has no clue how to deliver to it, I'm literally a straight line shot from them . Turn left out of their facility & drive straight to Martins Creek, but they either return as non deliverable or to deliver to wrong address.
This UPS hub along with the drivers for this UPS location might be the worst in the entire country. They continue to deliver my packages including ones that require signature to an entirely different neighborhood over a mile away from my house. In one such instance, they actually went out of their way to print a new label and place it over top of the old one that has my name and address on it. You guys are criminals. You steal packages. You don't deliver in a timely manner. And just overall y'all suck.
My package was 5 minutes away. An hour later it’s miles away and heading back to hub.
Package is 16 days past the expected delivery date. Way to take pride in your work. 👎🏻
