Whoever is running this hub in the last year has failed horribly. I can't think of a recent time a package was delivered on time. Absolute joke of a service here and will be avoiding UPS with my business and customers as much as I can.
I dread whenever I order something and it turns out they use UPS for shipping. FedEx, Postal Service, I never have a problem. UPS drivers pretend that my driveway is inaccessible even though it’s just a flat dirt road.
Said they delivered my glasses and they are no where to be found. $200 pair of glasses disappeared I guess. Horrible
Customer center is locked with a sign telling you to go to the ups store down the road for shipping.
A couple of times I received my packages the driver helper Elijah Brealiz keeps writing and drawing on my packages. I told him I will call and report him and he said to call.
