no ups
Customer service is rude. They dont have solutions. They refuse to give you their name. And they tell you you're being a certain way when catching them in lies, lack of professionalism and service knowledge.all for simply asking legitimate questions about your packages and why they say they're delivered when they have not been. I will be making a formal complaint to ups directly.
amazing friendly staff, super helpful, and will hold conersation with customers
