The staff are not helpful at all. They refused to take my package because it was not taped. All other UPS stores offer to tape your packages. yet I was staring at a tape gun on the counter. The person said we are not allowed to offer use of our tape gun. I had to leave the store and not complete my transaction. This is awful service. I will never come here again.
Very polite, but can only process boxed items with pre-paid labels. Wish it could do drop offs as well.
