if I could give no stars, I would. you’re better off with the random third-party delivery service then ups these days, their drivers are the absolute worst. I’ve had three packages stolen this year because they left them in a public lobby in our apartment building instead of bringing them up to our apartment doors, which you can access once you’re in the lobby. Terrible service. The product arrived on May 8th, 2025, but they still haven’t delivered it even after a week. I called to ask why, and they couldn’t give me a reason. They also won’t allow me to pick it up myself, even though I live just 15 minutes away. I don’t recommend this company — use a different one if possible.
