Terrible service. The product arrived on May 8th, 2025, but they still haven’t delivered it even after a week. I called to ask why, and they couldn’t give me a reason. They also won’t allow me to pick it up myself, even though I live just 15 minutes away. I don’t recommend this company — use a different one if possible.
I ordered a TV on Amazon, it came from best buy, so it is being shipped by UPS. Said deliver date January 28 to Feb 8, use tracking and seen it was delivered to Dartmouth UPS on January 21. Today is January 28 no parcel, and they say on tracking now, we will be posting when parcel is being delivered. So my parcel is sitting at their warehouse and I live 45 minutes away.
