I was skeptical but after talking to someone from UPRS Group I knew exactly what funds they were talking about. My case was a little more complicated than most but Joel and Martin guided me through the process and a few months later the money was wired to my account. Everything was above board with them and they were very helpful.
This company did good work for me. They were easy to work with and made clear what expectations I could depend on. I would use them again if the situation ever arose again.
Over all, they did what they said they said they were going to do - they recovered the funds available, took their cut & cut a check for the rest. The only issue i may have is that often we were not sure where in the process we/they were - but from what i understand, that is kind of the nature of these things. Are we satisfied? Yes - and i'd have no hesitation working with them again.
My efforts to recover funds had been going on for too long without success. I engaged UPRS. They were professional, efficient and successfully recovered my funds.
