Terrible people in store they lost my package and they want me to buy a new one and pay for it themselves. They do not care about customer service or you. Mean and rude people
Customer service at UPR is absolutely amazing! Huge thanks to Emily and Dan for everything you’ve done. I ordered a catch can from UPR, but it arrived after I had already installed my ProCharger. To make it work, I needed a check valve added. Brian had me send it back. He added the check valve at no charge and got it back to me quickly. Outstanding customer service. These guys at UPR are awesome.
So far so happy. I asked for wrong clucth. Swapped it for me super simple. Didn't make it hard. But I also dont tear the box open like an animal which helped.
Buyer beware!! Ordered some replacement O-Rings for my catch can. They should have been a back of 4x 2.5" o-rings. I received a bag with 2 small approx 1" o-rings. I sent a message the DAY I received the wrong item asking them to please ship out replacements expedited because I needed them ASAP. 3 days later I had to send them ANOTHER message.
