I have been trying to get a therapist for THREE months now. I call every week to locate one. Every week they tell me they will email me a list of therapists in my area. I have only received a list once out of the many many calls. I called the list they gave me. One number is no longer in service, one Dr did not specialize in my needed area. Why can't the person ever answer professionally? So rude
If only a zero stars was possible. They took 8 months. 8 MONTHS to respond to urgent emails for multiple patients. The person who responded gave a first name and no contact information. And they responded saying that they didn't get the original email... like WHAT? Then what are you responding to then??? Truly a mystery how this is a real company.
