This UPRIGHT MRI is a blessing because I am claustrophobic and I have vertigo. Here I do not have to be inside a tube lying down. Mumtaz is an excellent technician. She is kind and supportive and very encouraging. She instilled confidence in me and informed me of all that was to take place during the MRI. There is a window between us and she watched me all the time. Everyone in the office is professional and very pleasant. This is my second time here and this will always be where I go if ever I need another MRI.
