The MRI technician was very kind in my previous appointments but the scheduling staff was very rude when I called to reschedule my appointment due to a scheduling conflict with my other provider. I tried to give as much notice as possible by calling the day before but they still chose to be unprofessional over the phone. For that reason, I am no longer recommending this business. This establishment is fantastic!! I had went to opensided MRI, horrid experience I left, upright staff was amazing, as I'm claustrophobic till I panic!! Tabitha is absolutely fantastic, her demeanor, the way she makes you feel comfortable. Thank you Tabitha!!!
They sent out the wrong mri to my doctor and not only that, but they did awful with the MRI. My doctor had to call to get my diagnosis but I dont even believe they gave a good one. Initially they said nothing was wrong with me and they change their tune later. This is so awful as my life depends on this MRI that I paid for but now I’m here needing to get once again another one MRI because of the awful job here. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

Everyone there was great and best MRI experience I have ever had. Would highly recommend especially for those with anxiety and claustrophobia.
