I started struggling a few months before the covid 19 contagion made it's way here and once it arrived it sent me into a financial nose dive. The letters started coming from collection agencies along with the phone calls and it was clear that I had to file chapter 7. I called Upright Law discussed how much I could afford each month and they were very helpful and professional and I'm well on the way to clearing my debt and don't have the worries of wage garnishment or vehicle liens.

Don't ever try to get a cancel and ask for a refund of your money from them as they will take as much of the money as they can . To add icing on the cake they will have someone call you with horrible customer service and make you feel 100 times worse about the the money they just took from you. I highly do NOT recommend this company .

I called initially and didn't receive a call back for a week. Then when I did receive a call it was a secretary who was very unprofessional. I hired another company right away knew that called back. And finally 6 months later I started to get these harassing text messages over and over again. Asking if I wanted to use their service. Stay away from these clowns!!
