A year ago, Kenny was supposed to start our bathroom renovation but he never showed up. He didn’t text us and tell us he couldn’t make it. He never contacted us at all. Kenny, owner of Upright Construction, has done 2 home repair, both fairly complicated. Most recently I asked him to replace a water-damaged exterior trim board over the garage door, (about a 3 hour job) but once the trim was removed, we discovered the header also had water damage, and that is very unsafe situation.
