Huge space, kind staff and relaxing vibes especially the lounge. The only caveat is that there’s only one cold plunge tub and there’s no seating on it so you have no choice but to stand.
Amazing, little gem of a spa, right in the centre of the city! Hands down the best facial I have ever gotten in my life from Hang, Thank you so much!!! We will certainly be back! :)
I would like to thank all the Uppliva Nordic center staff and specially Pooja. I had a wonderful afternoon with her magical hands and power. I truly love the vibes there. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

I had a head massage with Shannon and my experience was above and beyond fantastic. She was super friendly and kind, I felt super comfortable with her and my massage was so relaxing. The spa has an amazing atmosphere, it’s super clean, and all of the staff is extremely friendly. I will be going back again and again!
