Shannon is fabulous! She listens well, respects the client’s need for quiet, and is highly competent with the techniques she uses and the follow-up exercises she gives to do at home.
This Sunday, June 22 was the third time I participated in the Nordic spa and sound bath meditation and was the best yet! Laura the session facilitator was amazing as usual. Can’t wait till next month!
