I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Wonderful physician! Always takes time to answer my questions. Reluctant to prescribe medications. Often suggests natural remedies. Office staff is excellent! Very accommodating and easy to get an appointment to see the doctor. He has been our pediatrician for over 11 years.

Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

I highly recommend Dr. Upplegger to parents seeking an experienced pediatrician. He is well respected by many of the parents I know including my lactation consultant, members of my new moms group, and friends who are teachers as well as parents. The office staff is accessible, supportive and return calls promptly. Everyone in the office is friendly - they know who we are and ensure that they meet our needs (including my long lists of questions as a first time mom). Dr. Upplegger was my pediatrician when I was growing up. Now he is my daughters. He is always straight on with his answers. He takes a few minutes out of every visit to make your child laugh. I also love how he has pictures of him and his patients all over the place! =) It is worth the waiting! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
