I had an appointment at this practice for a second opinion. The doctor assigned to me was not very personable. The appointment felt rushed, and he didn’t take the time to answer my questions. He never discussed any other options besides surgery or even asked about labs. Then I received a pretty large bill in the mail for an appointment that definitely was not 40 minutes long. The wait time was longer than the appointment itself. Definitely a disappointment, and I won’t be coming back.

I needed my big toenail removed and he didn't use local anesthesia like I requested and liquid nitrogen didn't help with the pain. He didn't plan to numb me at all til I begged them to stop that's when he came back with liquid nitrogen and it didn't help much. I liked the receptionist and they were quick to see me but that's it. I almost fainted at check out from both the stress and the pain I was in during the procedure even though I wasn't in pain straight afterwards

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez for over 13 years. Dr. Perez is a caring professional with many years of experience and service to the community. I highly recommend him
