Very disappointing experience. This was my first visit to the clinic with my daughter, and unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was extremely unpleasant. The attitude and manner of the front desk employee, Ivana, were unprofessional, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone representing a healthcare facility. Ivanna la chica de la recepción es excellent, super atenta y servicial. Y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. Te hace sentir como si fueras de la casa. Muy agradecida con su disposition. El Dr Andres Perez me opero un uñero que tenia desde mis 9 años, sufri 36 años con ese dolor. Hasta que el me lo quito y mi vida cambio, es muy buen dr. It’s my first time here and so far I am not impressed. I got here 15 min before my appointment time. I have been here for an hour already and still haven’t been evaluated. So obviously they have a staffing and over scheduling issue. Got here at 9:45am, appointment time was 10am and it’s now 10:58am and still having seen a doctor, nurse, physician assistant nobody.
