I was told I did not need an appointment, yet I waited over an hour to get impressions of my feet. I understand they only had two nurses in staff and were fully booked. Once I got into the office the nurse or assistant was terrific, patient, knowledgeable and helpful when i was making my choice for dress shoes.
Very professional, but comfortable atmosphere.
