Friendly support staff. Prepared for my visit and punctual. Dr. Cooper quickly developed positive report. He ask lots of questions and listen to my responses. He seemed to understand my complaints. Very cautious in the next steps, getting more data before jumping the gun with a treatment plan. I felt confident he knew what he was doing.
