Looking at the other reviews, maybe the owner was having an off day. But, I never even had an appt. It started with poor customer service. I contacted the owner via her contact form on the site. It took a couple of days for her to get back to me. I was okay with that. She gave me a time for two days later this past Thursday. I did accept as I said, "that would be great, thank you." Susan is GREAT!!! I’ve been going to her for years and she always does an amazing job. She listens to me but also advises with me on what would be good for my hair or not. I always want my hair to be healthy and not damaged, and she helps me maintain that. She is worth my almost 40 minute drive. Highly recommend!
