Crazy good pastries, coffee, and wines. The service is always friendly and reasonably fast (considering how busy they are). This time I had the Ham, Gruyere, and Red Pepper compote(?) Pinwheel... it was incredible, and the light dusting of thyme put it over the top. Absolutely the best bakery in Gainsville... Go. To. There. NOW!
