Upperclass Beauty Salon is hands down one of the best spots in Caldwell. Luis cut my hair and absolutely nailed it great attention to detail, took his time, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Super professional, friendly atmosphere, and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Luis.
Next time I go i wouldnt like a man to do them, at the end i didn't really love them
