I trusted Mike completely to do a good job, and he did. His team was friendly, hardworking, and fixed problems that another contractor might have ignored. The area around our home was cleaner when the job was finished than when it began. I highly recommend Mike and plan to use him for other projects.
Great experience overall especially since it was an unplanned replacement. Terrific communication throughout the process; not too much, not too little. Provided honest information about what was needed and what wasn't, and didn't push for any unnecessary upgrades. Thanks for helping to solve a problem and being ready to go so quickly once we were ready.
When we had a leak (right over our newly remodeled kitchen) Mike and Upper West immediately jumped in and fixed everything that our previous contractor got wrong as fast as possible. Great work by a great guy and his team. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Mike is a solid guy! Knowing that he wanted to do business, Mike drove all the way up to Lake Stevens to check out my roof. We got up there and inspected the roof, and he reassured me that although my roof was approaching it’s 25th birthday, my roof was still in good condition and there was no need to replace it, talk about honesty! He then started to compare neighboring roofs to show me what to look for when a roof does need replacing.
