I had a terrible experience with Upper West Apartments. When I first visited, they failed to return my ID after I showed it, and I had to come back to retrieve it. Despite that, I proceeded with my application and paid the fee. At one point, I emailed them and waited for a response, only to be told later that they were canceling my application because they "hadn't heard back" from me. Management is attentive, responsive, and friendly. Liz and Linda do a great job helping and informing current and potential tenants with a happy and helpful disposition. The maintenance crew is also awesome.
Among all the other apartments I’ve toured this one is by far the most beautiful with great amenities, the leasing staff were so kind and friendly. Working with Liz she answered very quickly and promptly helping me schedule a tour with Linda, who answered all of my questions and really took her time explaining the costs.
