Jenn is the best, she was extremely helpful! Update: I lived at Uppertown for two years. Management was always kind and patient, and incredibly helpful. I have mixed feelings about the maintenance staff I met. The pest control guy was fantastic though! I had issues with my stove and AC, they fixed both of those relatively quickly by replacing them. horrible management, they don’t do their jobs. They do not send you all the stuff you need to fill out then tell you you’re not approved. DAYS LATER after you’ve already called and left messages!
SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL,RESPECTFUL AND KIND.
I would like to say that the office staff is so nice and welcoming. Coral was extremely helpful to me, I am IT challenged and she help me through it. Thank you.
