I've lived in these apartments before in the past when they were under different management and I can ensure you that this team knocks it out of the park! First time I've seen consistent updates to the property from security cameras to new landscaping. Just seen they redid the dog park just last week. The team in the office is great. They've gone out of their way to help me with things I see as beyond their responsibilities, which is something hard to come by in this day and age. Jen was very helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and was up front and transparent with everything. There was no “new” thing after I signed my lease. I enjoy Upper Town Apartments
For anybody who read my review prior to this edit they have contacted me and fixed all of the issues that I had they are fixing everything that was wrong if everything works out I look forward to renewing my lease next year

I was very nervous about moving to my first apartment but felt at ease with the wonderful staff who helped me. They answered all of the questions I had and were so kind about the whole process. I highly recommend upper town apartments!
