Ruby is an incredible acupuncturist with a genuine heart for helping people. She clearly explains each step of the process and checks in frequently to ensure my comfort. Ruby has even provided me with helpful tips to ease muscle tension caused by jaw clenching. I especially love the cupping she incorporates into my acupuncture sessions—I always feel the benefits afterward. Additionally, she offers herbal supplements, and the antiviral one she recommended was a lifesaver when I was feeling under the weather.
Ruby is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and takes time to explain treatment protocols.

Ruby is Fannnnntastic!! I went to her with some right shoulder discomfort that truly had me concerned because I could not get this discomfort to ease. The discomfort was being caused by my posture and poor physical behaviors at work. Ibuprofen wasn't easing the pain completely either.
