I recently got my belly button pierced by Sabin, he did a fantastic job and made me feel super safe since this was my first piercing. I was wondering if you guys did horizontal belly button piercing? The one that's like right below your naval, and how much it would cost?
I have recived my last five tattoos & 2 peircings from them. The shop is clean and inviting. Joy & Sabin both are caring wonderful people they take their time to make sure your experience is fun and safe. I have personally known Sabin since high school. He & Joy is so creative and amazing artist. You will be very satisfied when you walk out with your tat or peiecings. They are honest. U will love them!! Check them out.
I have gotten 3 tattoos from Upper Room and they all turned out amazing! Joy, Sabin, and Todd are all very professional but extremely friend and make you feel very comfortable. The shop is very very clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention the outstanding tattoo work they do. The colors on all of my tattoos are still as fresh and vibrant as the day that I got them. As long as I live in California they will be the shop I go to.
Very talented and very good people. Sabin and Joy operate a first class, clean, classy shop. My tatt is vibrantly colored with clean lines. I enjoyed the convo while it was being done too. A man who can multitask! Thanks to Todd too for the hole.

This is the bst place you could possibly pick to get a tattoo or piercing! I've gotten just about all my tattoos here and even had some fixed by Sabin that came out amazing. Even though I live 3 hours away I make it a point to travel all the way to Santa Maria to be tattooed.
Best place to get a tattoo. I walked in five years ago to get my nose peirced and stayed with them for all of my piercing and tattoo needs. Sabin is very professional, works great with color and a very creative imagination. He and his wife created a very relaxing atmosphere with amazing art on the walls. Best Piercer ever....They were clean, professional, courteous, friendly & thoroughly knowledgeable....I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Tattoo or Piercing . Fantastic prices as well.
