Ok. So I am not an expert of branding, marketing and etc. But the very first experience patients have in clinics is what? Correct - reception. This Nigerian lady at the front doesn't know anything about basic courtesy, manners, approach.. nothing. People go there with pain, discomfort, headaches, dizziness and all kinds of aches and illness to be cured, to be helped, to be rescued and her approach makes you want to give up on life completely. I cannot say enough about the warm compassion and care I have received at the Upper Room. From the first phone call I knew we were in the right place. I have been suffering with many issues for a long time and Dr. Kostovic took the time to understand my history in detail and told me she is with me every step of the way. I got the support I needed and changed my diet and thanks to the ozone and UV light and Vitamin C treatments I have improved already 80%.
