A great shop that supports local artists in the community and showcases their work.
It's part of who I am. I grew up here, and I love it always will. Plus the upper playground store has some dope clothes from local artists right here in P-Town.
I was excited to find Upper Playground PDX on my first visit! The store is awesome and I couldn't be happier with my Portland souvenirs. Much love from the Bay!!
