I don’t write reviews but every once in a while a company goes above and beyond and needs to be recognized. My 4 yo had a great deal of dental work that needed to be completed. Other dental practices wanted to put him under anesthesia and remove as many teeth as possible, including his two front teeth. As a parent, this is devastating to learn. No wonder why my daughter didn’t want to go back!! I stared to bring my daughter in to this dental office since she was 2 years old, I would always go in with her, they were always very kind with my daughter. She is 6 now and she stared to go In By herself. This last visit she had a loose tooth and I took her in so that a professional could remove it. It’s amazing that no one in this office even seems to like children. I ended up at this practice because of insurance. They are not even nice to the kids... only about the money and with this type of childhood experience it is no wonder adults hate going to the dentist. Poor communication with parents and lack of communication with the kids equals a negative review. I would NEVER recommend this practice and will most likely pay out of pocket the next time. Hello I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Ruda and all the staff of Upper Merion Dental Associates for their outstanding patient care, honesty, understanding, and patience. The list could go on forever! When we first brought my daughter to your office she was 7 years old. She had severe dental issues as a result of an auto accident. She never smiled. After 8 long years. Been going here since I was a kid and now both my kids go. Great with people of all ages...even watch my (infant) now 2yr old while getting my semi annual checkup.
