I requested to be the first patient and was given the first appointment only for me to get there and they took people ahead of me. Made me late for everything I had planned for the rest of the day. Excuse given was that I was a new patient. Nobody told me that they would move people in front of me and I was the very first appointment of the day. I expressed my need to be first which is why I made the appointment nearly two months in advance.
Excellent customer service and very professional. I recommend Dr. Afolabi Martins. I am very happy with his service.
