I'm usually not one to post bad reviews, but it has been time and time again that this management company comes to haunt me. If I could leave them one star I would. My husband and I were living in a rental property on Fern Street and before this management company came in we had no issues with our landlord. Rent is raised by 5% every year and miscellaneous costs and transactions are ALWAYS added to every service provided. I highly recommend the Upper-Management company. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Kristine is a delight to work with.
Great management company. No hesitation in helping us when some big issues occurred upon move in. Everyone has been professional, friendly and super responsive.
